Use of this system is restricted to business use only. The system must not be used for transmitting or receiving sexually explicit or offensive material, creating offensive or derogatory remarks about an individual, soliciting non-Company business or other improper use as set forth in Merlin Estates Ltd Network Policy. Users should have no expectations of privacy when using this system. Email and all email content generated by this system is the property of Merlin Estates Ltd and not of the end user. All activity, including Internet use, is logged and monitored, and is subject to all applicable laws. Anyone using this system expressly consents to such monitoring and is advised that if such monitoring reveals possible evidence of criminal activity, or violation of the Network Policy, system administrators may provide the evidence revealed by such monitoring to Merlin Estates Ltd officials or law enforcement officials, whichever is more applicable. Merlin Estates Ltd reserves the right to destroy without notice all applications and files that are not used for business purposes. Users are reminded not to share passwords and to choose passwords that are unique and difficult to guess. Please refer to the Merlin Estates Ltd "Network Policy" in the Merlin Estates Ltd Intra-net for detail on these and other policies governing the use of this system. By using this system the user acknowledges having received and read Merlin Estates Ltd Network Policy and further acknowledges that user understands such policy and will comply with it. Any employee who does not comply with Merlin Estates Ltd Network Policy will be subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination.
