Financial support is crucial for the smooth running of the Management Company. Merlin Estates will undertake to provide this necessary financial support by carrying out the following tasks:

  • Prepare all service charge budgets in agreement with the appointed Directors prior to being issued to Residents for payment
  • Administer all receipts and statements relating to Service Charge budgets
  • Respond to Resident's enquiries
  • Administer the day to day transactions of the Management Company's bank account
  • Pursue the settlement of any Service Charge arrears through an agreed debt recovery process with prior consultation and agreement with the Company Directors
  • Provide Directors with up to date financial reports Appoint and assist external Auditors to prepare the Annual Accounts for Companies House, including the income and expenditure schedule in compliance with the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985
